If you realise the true meaning of beauty, you will always see beauty in you. Beauty means qualities that make you attractive. These qualities doesn't only mean a particular shape or colour of the body or facial features but also your personal attributes and values of life. If you feel you are truthful, trustworthy and a life full of values, you are beautiful. Most of us see our beauty as how well we look externally but what we don't see is our own beautiful heart. Many people thus underestimate themselves and feel unworthy. You need to look, admire yourself, be proud of your honest heart and feel confident that you are standing by the values of life.
