yesterday my friend DM me a link about this Scholarship that she also have, I think it's the government program who wants to go to college,where all you spend in school you can refund it after a year I'm not sure that just what my friend said, to make it sure I apply yesterday hoping that I could also continue my study by this Subsidy,if they replied to me maybe I will enroll for this school year just hoping for the best.
