Our Breakfast "Salad nga pallang " in ilocano.. Winged Beans in english.. Hello NFSFG heto ba yung tinatawag nilang Sigarilyas sa tagalog? I'm not sure po kasi.. Pero masustansya to sawsaw natin sa Bagoong with kamatis. Napakasustansya ng breakfast namin.. Tara sama sama tayong kumain Squad. Masarap kumain kapag salo salo ang pamilya. MagandanG Umaga! This is what I miss because I once stayed on a place where wild winged beans grew. Lot's of stuff such as that when ber months come and it's where I learned that these beans are also good for salad... Just steamed it, add vinegar and salt, some pepper and voila, you have a nice all natural salad!🤗
