"My Ginataang Suso" We call it "Dariken" here In Ilocos "Agurong" In Isabela. Suso is a common black freshwater usually found In abundance in "waig"(Ilocano) creeks in Tagalog and "karayan"or River. We cook it in coconut milk and put some "Sili" to make it spicy and more delicious. We cut off it tail ends to make it easy to eat.
