5. The Ruins.
When you see this skeleton of a stone house, you would want to have your makeup done and have a photoshoot in it! The Ruins is what remains of a rich family’s house during World War II. Owners of an abundant sugar plantation, they had their land and everything in it burned before the Japanese soldiers could take over and seize their properties. Smart move right there. And now, what remains of the family mansion stands as a tourist spot that will make you feel you’re in Europe.
You don't really have to learn Hiligaynon or Ilonggo for you to appreciate Bacolod and all its beauty. Just take your curious mind and open your heart to all the possibilities.
