The problem in living in a very small condo is the limited area. Imagine a 1.9meters by 3.2 sq. Meters and you have two kids.. who need to occupy the room.. buying off the shelves furniture will be a disadvantage.. so the solution is built-ins for you to maximize the area... Pang cr lang yung space na yan😅 Hirap kumilos. Pwede pang single lang pero kung gusto mo naman lagi nakadikit sa partner mo, ok na yan. Sweet, pwede ng magpalit ng mukha😅
Well actually yes. Vut this is reality.. and minsan kahit abaihin natin sa iba tao na di pwede di nila yun paniniwlaan kasi sasabihin e sa ganito nakita ko pwede naman parang vganito arkitek o. work is work walang maliit walang malaki you just have to know if worth it ba yung pagod to continue the project or not.. di naman ako contractor so basically deisgn fee lang ako madalas. hihihih.. but soon babalik din ako sa construction.. timing timing lang.. to cut short.. well what i learned was if di naman mahirap gawin to present show them.. and explain kung bakit.. if mahirap gawin tell them as well.. para alam nila na may extra charge or may ganyan ganun.. for example me.. if ok ang client i present with this.. if hindi at sakto alng naman a t abusado na hihihi.. pegs will do or fast quickie sketches.. importante di mo sila pinahinto at di ka nagbilang ng work.. all clients must be satisfied.. na di ka rin lugi
