Let's start being BUKNOY TAMAD.. as I mentioned on my first post here I this will be a journal of mine for my Financial Freedom Goal or let us just say, me making my hard earned money work for me... Less work yet More Profit hihihihi.. kaya nga BUKNOY TAMAD e hihihih.. Here are reminders for me: 1. Savings on bank or whether your piggy bank is just losing me money. That is why people have been looking for interest rates apy of 8 or more percent to fight or equal inflation. 2. Take the risk always and work harder to gain back your loses.. Let us just say 20% Risk for a 50 to 100% gain... (bakit ngayon ko lang to narealize) 3. Cash Flow - if you can delay spending money the better unless you have money to pay outward. This is where credit cards are good for me.. especially those pay later scheme or 0% interest purchases.. or even small interest monthly payments.. just do not forget to check the balance due date and be aware of your spendings.. 4. Consolidate always be constant - whether in stocks or crypto - need to downsize here and consolidate into few.. 5. MP2 of Pag-ibig - this is a good one.. so I am doing this monthly.. and lets see the total in 5 years.. i think i am in my 5th next year. 6. COOP - not much but may savings are put here for backup or emergencies.. - they say you need to have at least 6 months of backup fund.. but for me I think I only have 3 months hihihih I will resonate this idea.. this abundance of financial freedom into may thoughts, feelings, words, and actions and everything.. hehehe So lets keep it always positive - lets start by giving our soulshine to everyone.. enjoy the music..
