Update on SofiaCBCH "3rd BCH Smiles" event scam: @SofiaCBCH did not return my 1.2 BCH for which I asked a week ago after finding out that she had scammed me by pretending she was going to use it for a 3rd "BCH Smiles" event in Venezuela, and then she posted pictures of the supposed event which turned out to be from 2021. She also has not posted the update on her activities which she announced in this Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/105m41m/bitcoin_cash_was_the_secret_santa_for_needy/j3l1k1z/ She wrote: > At the end of the week I will be posting on my ReadCash account which has more than 100 BCH informative articles in English, Spanish and Chinese. additionally with 50 articles of activities coordinated and developed by team Ryver where the BCH community has been integrated into them for 3 years of continuous work, The article will recap all the actions and work of team Ryver since 2019 and where everyone can draw the conclusions of what we have done as volunteers in the BCH community. I have also not been contacted by any other member of her "Team Ryver", whether it be Venezuela or Asia, despite making her scam known to them via Twitter @Ryver_Asia https://twitter.com/btcfork/status/1612749416003141632 https://twitter.com/btcfork/status/1612750406265749506 My conclusion is that these so-called "Ryver" teams are not able to contradict the obvious: The money has been misappropriated by SofiaCBCH. To conclude: Scamming the BCH community by pretending to do some good acts for needy children is a vile behavior that I will not support. I will not donate to this person & any of their affiliated group anymore. If anyone has further information on other scams she/they is or has been involved in, please let me know - I am willing to help warn others about her/them.

Really it is hurting thing that how cleverly Sofia did this all on the name of BCH awareness and adoption. A shameful act but scammers with beautiful faces and duality behind will never feel shame on it . Sad to hear about your lose!!
Shamefull actions from Sofia and her gang of impostors
The radio silence after the exposure is yet another indicator. The apathetic treatment and exploitation of a vulnerable part of our society point to a total disregard for human values and dignity. I was disappointed and furious by learning how she and her team descended to this lowest form of scamming. If there is any dignity left in these people, they should reimburse the donations they embezzled since the beginning, as these are funds that belong to charity and people in need.
The concept of an NGO-based social funnel is as bad as any other punishable crime. That is why I don't trust any NGO. I read some reports about billion dollars donations to NGOs for the poor citizens of a particular region of Africa, where only 0.9 percent of the fund has reached the people! They printed only posters and a few thousand T-shirts! Most donations come back to US donors as consultants' salaries, airfares, hotel charges, buying office spaces, etc. I don't want to name anyone, but in those NGO scams, many big philanthropist names are involved whom global citizens respect as demi-Gods! It is a fact that we support and respect criminals!
No wonder her writing contest takes a lot of time, I mean I'm not sure if the participants got their prizes though. Too bad many BCH supporters trusted her and her gang.
Some participants are claiming that they never got some announced prizes, like the Satochip wallets. It has been confirmed with Satochip that she never bothered to have them delivered. So at least about that, I'm pretty sure that some people didn't get some prizes as announced.
She is very bad. Be careful, maybe she will come back using a different username on social media.
