Nurturing and Progression are the Keys
There is no maintenance, only progression or decline.
We are always either moving toward our goal, or further from it. The idea that we are ever ‘maintaining’ or ‘sustaining’ anything is an illusion and shrouds our ability to see time and the changes of the world around us.
Energy is always in motion and is always being affected. By approaching our lives with this in mind, we can see that we either consciously move and direct our energy, or we don’t. Yet if we don’t move energy consciously, it’s not that it just remains in this permanently moldable state, it instead moves on its own through the power of our subconscious.
So what happens if we want things in our lives but don’t consciously put energy toward them?
They move away from us.
Whether it’s more happiness, a healthier body, more money, or more love, we won’t reach our potential without putting focused energy, time, and action into growing in these areas.
Sustaining is not enough. Nurturing and progression are the keys to keeping the things we want in our lives.
We must continue to push through the concrete to reach the sun.

Bitcoin Hovers Above $10k for over 38 days, 2nd longest $10k Run Yet
Just last month I saw a chart data from the pseudonymous analyst “Hsaka,” showing that Bitcoin was currently in its 4th longest run above $10k, well fast forward today and BTC has continued that run and has become it’s 2nd longest period above 10k in its history.
The current record is maintained by its explosive growth in the 2017 bullrun, when BTC was over $10k for 63 consecutive day, starting on November 30th.
Since then, we’ve only had blips and periods of being above 10k, usually lasting for around 20 days. But with this breakout this year, we’ve seen some bullish signs that Bitcoin is continuing to rise.
We’re currently at 60% of its longest streak, and with so much stimulus and more fiat inflation coming, it’s possible to see the Nov 2017 record get shattered this year.

Dollar Cost Averaging as an Crypto Investment Strategy

In this video, I go over how I've been dollar cost averaging into the crypto markets as they dip.
By watching the markets for weeks at a time, we can easily see days when the particular crypto you want to invest in is down, and by comparing that to the average price over the last few weeks, we can make informed decisions on when to buy.
Sure you can dollar cost average (DCA) in every Friday for example, but I love the idea of realizing that each time I "buy" BTC or another asset, I'm really making a trade for my USD. It benefits me to get the best profit on that trade.
As I look back at my portfolio, I'm in profit across the board because I only invest when the asset is down. I don't use any TA (technical analysis), other than comparing the current prices with their average over the last few weeks.

The Answers Lie Within Your Heart
What decision must be made? What action must be taken? What do we do?
All of the answers to these questions reside within the heart, the place of eternal wisdom and truth.
The heart does not discriminate, hold grudges, cloud issues, or hold onto the past. Instead the heart retains truth through empathy and through creation.
When it comes to making a decision and choosing between difficult options, it's best to slow down the mind and listen to the heart. By slowing down the breath and allowing yourself to feel the rhythm of your heartbeat, you can bring your focus within and find a place of pure intuition and awareness. From here you can hear your heart speak, and hear the emotional intelligence it possesses.
See, the heart is intelligent, and just like the brain and the gut, is in constant communication with us. Our job is to slow down, listen, and hear that internal wisdom so we can apply it in our lives.
Next time something comes up when you must make a tough decision, slow down and listen to the heart for the answer. I promise it's there, just waiting to be heard.
Why I Love Yoga
I first discovered yoga several years ago when searching for a remedy to my upper back pain. In 2012, I started feeling a knot and a lot of pain coming from under my right shoulder blade. I went to my first yoga class, and was really impressed with the pace of the class and the new connection I was able to achieve with my body.
I've tried many things to help me with any muscular pain (which I've determined has mainly been to bad posture and shapes throughout much of my life, i.e. desks, cars, computers), and yoga has been one of the major keys in helping to relieve my pain.
My favorite postures include pigeon, downward dog, warrior 2, and malasana, and my favorite pace is slow, chill, and aware. Yoga is the easiest way for me to meditate, as moving through the poses and finding the tension in my body allows me to simply focus on taking slow, relaxed and full breaths.
I highly recommend yoga for everyone, and can definitely recommend my partner Jenny with Blissasana Yoga!

My Review of Brave Browser - Earning Free Crypto While Saving You Time!
