Went to DSWD for my leg but unfortunately, they are so effin strict now compared to before. Back then, I just need to see the guy, discuss everything, take all the necessary measurements, and pay my initial deposit. Now, I need to submit these required documents first before I can proceed to the next phase. Good thing I have my PWD ID that shows I am a registered resident here in Cebu, so they told me to process everything here. Prior to this, due to my honesty, they told me I can't get all these requirements here coz I am from Leyte. Sometimes, honesty is not the best policy. I ln fact, I've had some bad experiences before due to my honest behavior. Anyway, I've already processed the Barangay Clearance and will have to visit a clinic later for my MedCert. I've already taken a picture of my whole body (lol) and the birth certificate will be emailed later by my sister. I hope I can process everything tomorrow though, so I can go back to DSWD to submit all these documents. The best part of all this is that the prosthesis only cost 4500 php or $90. Back then, it was $120. Yay!
