Was supposed to process my medcert but the attendant advised me to clarify whether DSWD requires any medcert from a licensed doctor or must be from an ortho. So instead of processing the medcert, we're going to visit my tito, who's, unfortunately, sick.

That's bit a bad luck.
Get well soon to your tito sis. You can process your med certificate after the DSWD's clarify it.
Pinapatagal pa nila yung process.. hindi nila nakikita yung hirap na pinagdadaanan mo para lang ma process yan. Hindi namn first case nila yan so they should already know kung anong cert na kakailanganin. Hahaaay. keep safe, MJ.
