So my brother hates me for being lousy in terms of learning IT stuff but is satisfied with how fast I am in writing emails or replies to the team. Plus, he is happy when he saw my notes. I also added a priority list so it's easier to follow up the end-users when he needs to call them. I guess this calls for a rate increase. Lol. 😅😅
