Good morning! I feel great today. Not sure why. Maybe coz I'm excited for the upcoming events in my life. Anyway, I have one question though but before that, here's a brief story. So my dad was one of the many who got dismissed from their company 13 years ago. The company needed to pull out a good number of people to keep them stable. My dad didn't mind coz at that time, we had already finished college except with my brother and we got a house. The only problem is that my dad and the others didn't get the full amount they deserved. So 34 of them filed a case and after 12 years, they won. So my question is, does it mean that the company will now be obligated to pay them all? What if the company says no? I'm just curious. Thanks.

Once the case is won, be ready for happy days, laws are always mandatory. How much he will get may depend upon what is the nature of the case. 👍
if they won the case then i guess still obligated to pay the damages. That if the company still operation. that's my understanding. Else, there's no point of winning the case if the company will not comply.
I hope the company will pay for it because it is their responsibility, kung ayaw nila ipa DOLE niyo na hahahhaha 🥝
