After inquiring Mr. Goggle and asking Mr. YouTube's for his second opinion, I think I'll go for a semi-concrete and hardiflex house. Aside from the low cost, which might save me almost half the real budget, our location here doesn't get affected by flood even during heavy rains or typhoons. I do like concrete, but I should also consider the budget, and I don't want to overspend. Hardiflex is also durable as what my mom and others recommend. PS: My mom knows because she also does carpentry in our house sometimes. Lol. I know, she's amazing! Anyway, another reason for a sudden change of heart is the summer-all-year round feels in the country. We have more summer days than rainy days, so a fully concrete house is like living in a huge oven. In our current house, each room has an AC and electric fan or ceiling fan because AC alone is not enough. Lol. And since I'll go for a small house, concrete house would be a terrible idea. Okay, the case is closed. Thanks to all who share their opinions. 💚💚💚 And might start the house asap while it's still summer. Means safe from rain, and it can be done in just a few weeks.
