As much as I wanted to have the house painted, it turns out that there are more important things to prioritize. First, the laundry/dirty kitchen area at the back, which will probably cost more or less $200 for the materials. Second, will have to finish the porch. We need to secure the area so mom's chickens won't be able to enter. We're thinking of piling some hollow blocks that we can sit on. Not sure how it will cost but for sure it also needs a lot. Third, the paint finally so the house won't look so dull. This might cost me more or less $100. Fourth, smart TV. Netflix is life. Fifth, drawers under the sink. Not sure what it is called tho. Damn. This means I can't buyback BCH yet. Well, first thing is first so will have to take things slow.
