Update for Roel's Fundraising Yesterday, I already sent him $13 and will send him the remaining amount tonight without the 10% tax fee. Thank you all for your generosity and for wishing him well for his fast recovery. Unfortunately, I am still busy so cant reply with all the comments. I will try to read everything from my previous articles; however, I might not be able to tip you all since I barely have anything left. My friend, by the way, is already out of the hospital. They had no choice or else, they would have more bills to pay. Their total bill, according to him, is 100k PHP or $2k. They were only expecting 50k but the doctor's fee was around 40k so no choice. The good thing is that the hospital still allowed them to leave even if they didn't get to pay for everything. They will have to pay it in installment though. At least, he's safe now and in the process of recovery. Again, thanks to everyone for the help and support of my friend.
