Why do brokenhearted people prefer to listen to a sad song instead of a happy melody? I wonder which stage of grief it belongs to. Currently listening to LANY’s Malibu Nights. Good afternoon. Have a happy Tuesday.

Maybe cs sad song feels like understand what they feel.. All they need is not to be happy, but to be understanding maybe🤷🏻‍♀️
