I just received a notification few minutes ago that the content I tried to post in the channel wasn't approved. It was one day old and I almost forgot about it.🤭 I decided to post it on my timeline but I'm not sure if it will still show up on Explore Tab so I just deleted it. Would be nice though to receive a short message why the content wasn't approved.

I think I can give some indirect info on my experiences here... 1. Channel posts will only show in notifications if the person has "red belled" you. Otherwise, the content will only be seen by people checking their channels. 2. If content is rejected, the mod that rejected it has the ability to type in the reason why. It's kinda lazy and bad form to reject without reason IMO, but maybe they accidentally clicked the button too quickly or something? 3. If you created a new post to your timeline it should have showed up in the notifications for people that "red belled" you and in the subscription feed like other self-posts.
I post it on my timeline and checked it and was surprised that I didn't see it. So I keep scrolling down and found out it was submitted a day ago.🤭 So I just decided to delete it cause I am not sure when those who "red belled" me will see it. It maybe considered an old post so may not show right away on their notifs and of course I was hoping for non sub views too 🤭 **Not yet used to your new profile pic.
You shouldn't have deleted it, I think can be still be seen in the explore if you post in the timeline. That's great idea at least sa short message to inform us why o why
