As nobody knows yet which Bitcoins will be supported! It might just be that he gets bribed into exclusive deals with specific coins. So if he takes a choice to support one coin but not the other then the population might already be forced to make a choice between pest and cholera. Also his warm words on fees are easy to say without even being lieng. As he doesnt need to charge fees when the exchange rate is what makes the parties earn/loose value on that trade.
