The market cap is going down because of massive selling. Even they a active users but they sell their balance it will even going down it MC
Brave browser have not much use case for their token yet and being an ERC-20 it cost so much right now to transfer. Marketcap is just a measure of the value of the traded assets nothing more, nothing less.
