I Need an IT expert I am at work now but sad to say my computer won't start up. It just stay on that page and won't go through. Been trying to unplug and press the power button for 10 seconds and then reset for how many times buy still stay on that way? How I can work now? The profile of your windows which is operating system.might be check, if they do to restore, restore it. Even u remove the plug it will not change , because the problem is witihin the operatimg system the Windows

Just call the attention of the IT to check your computer. They know what to do but the basic is just restore the profile ot reinstall the operating system
I already told my boss but unfortunately he is in travel now so he can't help me with it. Anyway thanks for trying to help
If i where in near you i can fixed it, but since we are in virtual friend all i can say is nothing to worry its happen since your system is windows7 is old version of windows thats why some profile might be corrupted but if you has a windows10 they are the one repair and restore profile
So it will take a while before it start up? I work in a computer shop and I am not sure why my boss didn't use that windows 10. I am not really an expert about computers since I didn't studied about it.
If the profile is restore it tooks time for now just wait and see.
