Everybody wants a piece of the "pi"
Pi is a crypto currency that is made by stanford PhDs. it is still in its beta stages, and because of that it’s easily mineable. So easy in fact that it is mineable on mobile phones. Now the minning rates are 0.25 pi/hour and the later you jump on the mining the less you mine per hour. So jumping on it now, makes you 6pi/ day which translates to 2160 per year. So if the pi currency in the future gets the value of 1USD which is very likely, that would mean you made 2160 dollar from doing nothing, the app doesn’t even have to be on for it to mine. Some people predict that the value of the pi currency would be something in between 10USD and 100USD. Honestly, i think that worst case scenario if the pi project doesn’t succeed , i won’t regret the mining now, because it’s legit no risk and no effort and i’ll have a few hundred dollars in my back pocket. So either way , you be the captain of your own ship, are you willing to give it a try or not. I’ll leave my invitation link because you’ll need one if you decided to mine. Minepi.com/bigcityblues And my username is bigcityblues use it as your invitation code. Thanks for reading and happy mining.

Hahaha, just like a piece of 3.14😂
I also have it but people who are expecting high income once it is launched in market will be disappointed surely.
I also took a quick look at it and installed the app, but to use it you need to have a Facebook account (I don't have one) or a phone number, I didn't want that. Then I gave up on it. I don't really know what purpose this network should have.
It is just another coin, its free phone mining now so people are jumping for it in expectation of future value. Nothing else. The day it gets launched 95% will sell it.
So no real use, pure speculation on a higher value in the future (as in the case of BTC). Pointless.
Yes, its present value is 'hope' and future value unknown. It is just that it is free now and one has to restart the countdown once in 24 hours to keep earning.
It's not free. It costs your time and the power of your smartphone battery. Are there any application scenarios in the future for which this token should be used? Why should I waste my time on something that is useless?
That is true. You have a deeper understanding in these matters. I just said the common peoples view.
You cant "mine" on a phone. The point of mining is to expend real resources; equipment and energy, to a cost approximately the value of the coins you get in block reward. It makes the coin sound, nobody gets the new coins for free, unlike with fiat money.
