There's already a rule or a law 'bout Cruelty to Animals, just wondering why someone or other People doesn't think that they might be caught and might even put in jail 'coz of it, lol. In fact, the one he's trying to hurt by hitting and throwing stones at the poor dogs happens to be owned by the Policemens here, one of them even told the one hurting their dog to just kill it, but afterwards told each other that once their dog got killed, they will file a case against him, then awhile ago, he did it again in front of the other Policemen here, poor dogs, got hurt or beaten just 'coz it chased the chickens here. Wondering now, what will the Policemens will do here.
