Report is so vital these days especially when it concerns our family, our situation, our welfare and our peace. Everyday we hear news about current events, how many more cases of Covid-19 and what more can we do to combat this super deadly enemy around.
As much as possible, I want my husband to report to me how his day went, how is he coping up with the pandemic and how is he feeling being away with us. Sometimes his answers could really struck you from the heart because he is all alone in our home and if ever he does not feel okay, no one is there to look after him. I want him to report and tell me how he feels so that even of we're afar I want to assure him and make him feel our love for him. That distance cannot separate us. And our daughter would always ask if for a minute his dad will not call us during our regular call time.
It's also important to ask my daughter how her day went. I want her to report to me before we sleep what happened all throughout the day. We discuss things especially why I needed to scold her, why I needed to stop her from doing this and that and why is it important that even if weekends we still need to give her activities like solving, spelling, and a bit of science. I want her to understand the hows and whys.
During this pandemic, it's also important to reconnect with relatives and friends. So we could somehow uplift each other and I think that is important for our mental health. That we have someone or people to talk to and tell them how we feel. Sometimes it lessen the burden that we are carrying when we have these support group.
And just tonight, my cousin came and reported that our uncle, who is a seaman, passed away because of heart attack. His wife and 3 kids are in the US while the other two kids live in their home in Quezon City. It shocked and saddened us all knowing how difficult it is to have a relative passing during this pandemic because it is so hard to travel and all.
Some reports good or bad can really affect us; excites us, makes us happy or even sad. So I am sharing this beautiful passage from Psalms 127:1:
God is in control. Never lose hope, let's keep praying and keep our faith stronger. Soon our problems will be solved and tomorrow, COVID-19 is already gone and just part of our history. God loves us my friend❤️

Nung binabasa ko siya ang report na nasa isip ko ay yung mga panahon na nagrereport ako sa kanya. Hahahaha. Papasok na ako, nasa work na ako, break ko na, out na ako, bahay na ako. Hahaha. My gulay! Nakakamiss that reporting times.
