What people see

People see me as a very industrious, always busy and have no time spare for play, fun and chill. They step on me sometimes, even played and put some water on my way, or ignore me and let me do what I am supposed to do.

People have different ways and perspective and I cannot control that. I have no power to dictate their thoughts, their actions and words. They think they are the best, most powerful and that they can rule the world.

What other people see in us is sometimes far different from who we are. They can judge and say whatever they want based on what they saw on social media, what other people are talking behind us, and what they want to perceive about us. They are good at that.

I remember one time, there is this well known family. They have a misunderstanding with a famous politician in our province and because they are more visible on tv, social media and different platforms, people believed in whatever he says and that he is a good leader for them. But as we have learned to dig deeper, we realized that they are all fake news. They twisted a story just to get the sympathy of his constituents and to get more votes. The truth is, this politician is very greedy and not humble as what he was trying to portray. Then we got to get close with the other party and had the chance to hear his story.

If only people will give us a fair chance to reveal and redeem ourselves without them being judgmental. If only they learn how to dissect information but only few of them has this quality and it's hard to change that; it cannot transform overnight. It will take time.

What people see is not the real you or me. Thet can judge as to the extent that they want, we cannot change them in an instant. All we need to do is continue to do what is good and pleasing to the One and Only Creator because after all, that is all that matters.

What shall we do then?

Continue to be who you are. Never let other people's judgment affect and get you. You will only make them happy. Else, we should continue to do good, be good and stay good. What God sees in us is far more important.
