I want to show some images of my trekking in Sardinia, in april 2016. 'Selvaggio Blu' Trek (Wild Blue Trek) is the most difficult and challenging trekking in Italy. The area is in Orosei Gulf, along the Mediterranean Sea, and the trek is six days long. No structure along the trails, so a boat took us food and water to drink every evening, and we slept in the wood under stars and moon (in a picture I have tried long exposure - some minutes - under the full moon, and the sea appeared green and deep, like another planet). The trek has some difficult point (protected climbing route) and it is not easy to find the right ways, so I did it with an expert guide. The water of the sea was crystallin, cliffs were higher and with typical holes or great caves, and we walked six days in the wild, disconnected from city life. Our bodies were melted in the nature, and you can't image how much energy and power I felt... I hope to transmit some of it with my pictures, and I hope you too can feel the same by yourself! I remember also an anecdote: Sardinia has a dry vegetation, no much rain, but during the trek we saw a green brilliant meadow, very strange: the guide explained to us that a local man has smashed for many years all the stones he found, to create a so fine ground that the grass had started to grow like in nordic places! #nature #sardegna #sardinia #mediterranean #italia #italy #sea #wild #wildblue
