I have maxed out my Pelacor Bandit card. I know I don't use this card much in my battles but something said to me that I should be having a max card when it is very cheap. Maybe in the future when minting stops for these cards, it can get costly. Once you have a maxed out cards you don't need to worry about it anymore. You can create lower level cards and rent them out :-)
