I have started taking only 33% of rewards for myself. I used to take 50 percent for myself when I tip others. This is a practice that came to me from #Hive but after the recent events, I came to know that it is good to keep only 33% for ourselves and give the remaining to people we tip. This should be okay because we are anyway giving it to others. I don't know if there is an algorithm in place that looks for all these things but I thought it will be fair to do it this way and I also notice an increase in the free tip coming my way.
