I have a good feeling that I have been managing my deck and my collection well. Though I'm not regular in playing the game, I guess the rental income and a limited quest reward itself is doing good. I have not been using two of my decks for the game at all. I experimented with renting a card the other day, it's promising but I still need all the power I have to see if I reach Silver League someday. But I think that overall that's a great advice: stay only with the essential, invest in good summoners and rent out the rest.
