I got stressed with enrolling in my Credit Card online. I'm new to this, so I don't really know the procedures. I spent hours sitting here and holding my phone, searching for tutorials, and reaching out to the customer hotline of the bank, but nada. I just got my answer I stumble upon a tutorial video on YouTube. It turns out that a Customer Number and the 16-digit on your Card are different. LOL. Now, I have to go to the nearest bank to ask for that and to change my billing addres.
