The lookout building is a clear example of architecture on foot, made by an architecture studio, one of those considered "stars". It is an officially protected housing building designed with the Dutch architecture studio MVRDV, promoted by the Madrid City Council in 2005 in the town of Sanchinarro. Its innovative concept lies in vertically structuring the typical blocks of buildings between party walls with an interior patio, managing to articulate the entire program through a community space in the form of a viewpoint 40 meters high.
