Encouragement.
A traveling group of frogs through the woods when the two frogs fell in a deep pit. Other frogs crowded the pit, saw how deep it was. They told the frogs that there is no hope for them.
The two frogs try to ignore what the others was saying and procced to jump out of the pit.
The group of frogs at the top of the pit, were still saying to give up despite their efforts.
Eventually, one of the frogs listen to what others were saying and gave up, and fell to its death. The other frog continued to jump as high as he could. Again, the group of frogs at the top of the pit, yelled at him to stop its painful and just die.
He jumped even higher and harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the other group of frogs, ask him, " Did you not hear us? "
The frog expalined that he is deaf. He thought, they were encouraging him the entire time.
MORAL LESSON:
Think about what you say before it comes out of your mouth. People's words can be a big effect on other's lives.

333 YEARS - The Spanish Philippines
333 year long, when The Spanish colonized The Philippines. Its was 1865-1898.
Almost all of the Philippines culture and Filipinos ways of thinking is influenced by the Spaniards. Particularly their own philosophy of life. Such as their habits, clothing, speaking and ways of entertainment like games, arts and even cooking.
SURNAMES
Filipinos do not have surname. The Spaniards confused by just first name and especially some are the same. As a result, the Spaniards prepared a long list of name for them to choose. A native filipinos parent chooses a name for their son or daughter by theie physical characteristics, qualities or coincidental events. For instance, when a baby girl born of a skin with tan color, her name wouldn be something same. And if a boy born looking strong, he will be Malakas.
Change in filipinos name happened when Spanish also replaced their name as Saints like Santo Jose, Santo Tomas, and San Carlos.
FIESTA
The overall impact of the Spaniards to Philippines could be benifial and destructive.
The fiesta was one of the Filipinos religious events of the Catholic Church. All of the filipinos must attend it or will be labelled as rebels or traitor. The fiesta was always held in different barrios or towns for honoring the town patrion saints. Fiesta has given birth to other occasions such as food gathering and street parades.
The Spaniards people contribution to Filipinos are seen to in current arts, poetry, educational system and dances and others.
LAGUAGE
Learning the Spanish language is not public to all Filipinos. Some native filipinos especially who had direct contact with the Spaniards, learned the language. The Spaniards inevitably spoke to native in a Spanish language when trading to market or churches.
Attachment led the Filipinos to adopt Spanish vocabulary and mixed it with filipinos language. It made the filipinos learned the foreign language slowly.
Filipinos languages influenced by Spaniards are Visaya, Bicolano, Ilocano and some other dialects.
CATHOLICISM
The union is made between the Church and the State in Spanish era. The Spaniards give the filipinos the religion Catholic. Introducing the new beliefs gets some uprising to some of filipinos who did not want new systems. Luckily for the Spaniards, the Catholic faith happened. Also with the building of the churches. And It revolutionized political life of the country with religious teaching.
The constitution law was mainly a Catholic in orientation. The Philippines law rooted during this Spanish time and set-ups deeply on the religion. Today it is still contains Spanish elements. An example is the same-sex marriage.
On the postive side, The Philippines merged in one nation with the 3 islands - LUZON, VISAYAS, MINDANAO. The Spanish served as a framework for further development.
But then, some Filipinos have strengthen their motivation to defend their land. And forget their fears against colonizer and other invaders. (The Americans and Japanese)
No mattrr what happened to the Philippines history.
The important is Filipinos progress themselves and made what they are today.

In other countries it is nice to have small talk.
But here in the Philippines, small talk is sometimes not right.
This is called Chismis.
It's not easy to avoid. Especially if you want to know or hear. But sometimes there are other people who don't need to talk. Often there is even a pest.
When you look at the corners of the village or square you are a lot of piles. Especially purely female. But there are men like that, too. There it is.
When I was a child I saw some of this. Even I sometimes can't avoid it.
I just want to point out here, that it is well known. There is no need to spread or change the content. Especially if it is not that important.
Many people endanger themselves, their families and their lives.

Magandang Araw hayaan nio ako ipapakilala sa inyo ang negosyong malaki ang naitulong sakin lalo ngung pandemic. Telepreneur Corp, it is an Eloading company na 1 sim load all network na. It is located at Lemon square Munoz Quezon City.
I started my journey sa negosyong ito as retailer, way back Feb 2019. I asked my co worker sa Callcenter, but then she offerred me a much bigger income which is mag invest as dealer. I was hesitant pa that time kc ang gusto ko lang nman tlg is extra income and eload dahil nakita ko malaking potential market dahil nga Im working sa callcenter lahat may cellphone meaning lahat need ng load.
I was convinced by my upline na sumali, although I dont have the idea kung anung mangyayari. Lots of question is lingering in my mind. Like, Kikita ba ako? Panu kung hinde? Mababawi ko ba puhunan ko? May sasali kaya? Those are the questions running inside me. Pero since, gsto na mabago ang buhay ko or mag karoon ng extra incomw without asking from my partner I decided to take the risk.
When I became a Load dealer of TPC, what I did is manood ng video, basahin lahat ng training materials, gayahin ang post ni upline. share ng post ni upline. Haggang sa matutunan ko how it works. It started sa isang retailer, hanggang nsundan pa ng isa at ng isa pa. I now have activated 82 retailers nationwide.
Nagkaroon din ako ng mga dealers under my Team, haggang ngayon palaki ng palaki ang grupo ko.
Movie Artemis Fowl Review/Feedback
Yesterday I watched Artemis Fowl for the first time. I been waiting for this movie since lockdown. Then I was excpecting an action child movie. Right? I thought it was an action movie. But it came to be a scifi,. I love scifi. But a child in action like the wolverine kid or some other is awesome too. Well. My own feedback is this, Artemis Fowl should been the boss or somekind in the beginning. As when they saying in the trailer "forget about father, mind the son" well it says it all. At the middle of the movie, a child capturing a non existing/imaginary fairy is awesome too. I would love it to have a second part. what do you think?
