Ming Courts Dimsum , Ipoh Malaysia

Recently I got a chance travelling to Ipoh for friend's wedding dinner , so in my itinerary planning , I have planned to visit one of the dimsum restaurants in Ipoh city center. According to info gathered from friends and internet, Ming Court is most famous and welcomed by the locals. And many said it's easily full and hard to get a seat during weekend.

So initially I planned to go the one opposite -Foh San Dimsum, which is much larger compound and more decorative, just to secure a seat for yummy dimsum as my Ipoh trip breakfast.

I reached there much earlier than planned 615am and saw Ming Court was with only 1 table 1 customer only ! Without much hesitations, I chose the dimsum locals prefer!

First I ordered all those typical dimsum that must try.

Before 7am, empty seats still ample. Approaching 7am, more and more customers came in and oppucied almost all smaller tables. While I was dine in solo, pressure slowly built up with more and more crowd came in . So I topup 1 more century egg porridge to drag bit more time.

Conclusion : This shop indeed the most popular among locals. I visited this restaurant on a Monday morning but also almost full house at 7am ! Each plate Dimsum costs RM4-4.50 , so I think it's worthy for a decent breakfast given its tasty food standard. Address: 36, Jalan Leong Sin Nam, Kampung Jawa, 30300 Ipoh, Negeri Perak, Malaysia
