How to do it
Cut all the vegetables into cubes and boil them in half. Heat oil in a pan and add hot spices. Stir in the onion and green chillies with a little stirring. When the onion is brown, add bata masala. Stir in the rice for three minutes.
Now add adequate amount of hot water and salt. When it boils, cover it with a lid. Put on low heat for 15 minutes. Leave the vegetables for another 10 minutes, then spread ghee on top of the polao and take it down. Serve hot.
