Yes! it 3 ingredients only,for this sponge cake. Good for this pandemic, because this ingredients are easy to find in our kitchen. ***Ingredients;*** *1 and 1/4 cups of all purpose flour *3/4 cup of granulated sugar *3 eggs (not from the fridge, just room temparature) ***Procedure;*** ● Beat the eggs for a minute in just low speed using hand mixer. ● Then add 3/4 cup of granulated sugar. ● Continue beating for only low speed to medium speed, maybe about 10 minute or more. Until light and pluffy. ● Now add flour, i suggest you divide the flour into 4 to make sure it mixed well. then whisk it from bottom to top. Repeat the procedure in adding the flour. (Remember to whisk it from bottom to top.) ● After you whisked, gently put the mixture into a greased pan with waxing paper. ● Now put a wire stand inside the casserole or pan for 10 minutes with low fire/heat. ● Then place or put the greased cake pan carefully on the top of the wire stand. Cover it for 40 to 50 minutes in low heat/fire. ***Tip***; If you want to test the cake if its already cooked, insert a toothpic, if the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is already cooked.
