♕How to overcome difficulties and regain your inner strength? "For verily, with hardship comes ease" (Al-Sharh: 6) Sometimes you may feel surrounded by worries and pressures, and that the world is leaning towards you with all its weight. But always remember that life is nothing but a test, and everything you have been through is part of your path towards maturity and strength. Do not let moments of sadness control you, for Allah Almighty has promised us ease after hardship. 1. Stop for a moment... Breathe deeply Take a deep breath, then release it slowly, and remember the hadith of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace: "Your body has a right over you." Comforting your heart begins with comforting your body. Let your mind calm down and start thinking that Allah is with you every step of the way. Be certain that every moment you go through brings you closer to the calm you need. 2. Movement removes restrictions You need to be free from feelings of pressure. As the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: “A strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than a weak believer.” Movement is not just walking or running, it is also movement in life and intention. Move, keep going, be strong in your faith, and don’t let life deter you from your journey. 3. Connect with others: Sharing the burden Sometimes, selfishness leads us to isolation. But Islam teaches us that loneliness does not bring peace of mind. The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: “He who does not thank people does not thank Allah.” Connect with others, talk to them, and share your thoughts and sorrows. As in supplication, opening your heart to others opens countless doors of comfort for you. 4. Live in the present moment “Live as you wish, for you will die, and love as you wish, for you will depart.” Life is short, so don’t let it pass while you are drowning in negative thoughts. Enjoying every moment you create is an act of worship in itself. Remember that Allah Almighty has written these moments for you, so use them to glorify and remember Allah, and you will find peace in every moment. 5. Be kind to yourself "Verily, with hardship comes ease." Don't be harsh on yourself, but remember that Allah Almighty created us weak so that we can complement each other. If you make a mistake, don't destroy yourself. Learn from your mistake, and always remember that sincere repentance is the key to comfort and peace. Be merciful to yourself as you are to others. Conclusion: Life is nothing but a long road of tests and challenges, but always remember that Allah is with you every step of the way, and that "what has befallen you was not meant to miss you, and what has missed you was not meant to befall you." Keep going, because every moment that passes makes you stronger and closer to Allah. Don't despair, because Allah has promised you relief after distress.
