integrity and maturity

***“Virtues reflect the character and integrity of Christians!*** *We are created in the image and likeness of God, which is patterned by us Christians to live a virtuous life. I do believe that a virtue is something that allows an individual not only to perform good acts, but to give the best out of himself which makes an individual to live a moral life through practicing of both cardinal and theological virtues. Hence, I agree with the statement above as human virtues guide our conduct which leads us towards freedom with self-control, self-responsibility, and self-accountability. This mold our character, and integrity as a Christian.  Through developing our virtues, it leads us to achieve Christian maturity, and to live an authentic life.*     ***“Having virtue is an indication of Christian maturity.”*** The growth in virtue is an important goal for every Christian, for the virtues play a valuable role in living a Christian moral life. A virtue is a habitual and firm disposition to do the good which allows an individual to perform good acts, but to give the best of himself. To live a virtuous life, is the same as to live a moral life which leads to Christian maturity. For example, a person always participates to the different religious activities and attending mass every Sunday which made them their habit that means they are developing their Christian maturity.
