I need to clarify, though; this version lives in modern times, so is not wearing the usual attire. He identifies more as a dog than a human, so clothes aren't something he wants to wear, anyway, but has to, on request of Kagome and her spray bottle. In short, I turned the boy and the series into a joke.

I think the anime world would be more than happy to give this version a chance, i mean- they animate almost anything now ;-;
They've done so since the conception of anime, they truly don't care how weird it is.
Actually, the weirder seems better sometimes for the animators 😂😂😂
