I think it would've been fitting if the character spoke through a voice box that looked like a microphone, opposed to his voice itself having a radio effect on it. He's called "the radio demon", because he's a radio host type of character and nobody in Hell knows his real name. If I recall correctly. I think Youtube suggested the pilot episode of this show to me when it came out, but I saw an announcement for it years prior, I think thanks to a Youtuber I'm subscribed to responding to it. For the sake of irony you should cover up the hole with a picture of a hole.
The radio demon became like that because his character was based on a radio announcer around world war 2. But then he also had a sideline as a murderer. I believe he used his radio influence to get away from his other activities, thus why in the animation he had a hypnotic kind of ability
