The things I realized at the age of 20
Last January 18, 2021 I celebrated my 21st birthday and at that moment, I realized so many things but I will just it up. First, WHAT YOU DID YESTERDAY RELECTS TODAY I grew up in a family that birthday or events are important because they said that it happens only once in a year. If it can be celebrated with or with budget, simple or grand our family will do something to make it happen. So, when I will celebrate my 18th birthday, I expect something, but nothing happens because of an emergency and short budget. I got disappointed and all but then, when I go to college at a private school, I thank God because I did not celebrate my 18th birthday that grand, the money we tend to spend on a one day birthday can be spent on a whole year college journey. To conclude, God is really preparing each one of us for tomorrow's event. Second, LOVE YOUR FAMILY ESPECIALLY YOUR PARENTS I experience a lot of time that I feel my own family is dragging me down, pulling me down and other negative emotions. I sometimes think to live in my own and just work hard to do what I want, but then, I realized that most of the time, parents are right because they are more step forward in terms of experience than us, teenagers. Also, the mindset and emotional level between adults and a teen is different sometimes. LAST, TRUST GO AND TRUST THE PROCESS We should not always ask something to God, we need also to look where we are because, maybe we didn't realize that what we prayed when we were 10 years old is already happening now. God is listening we just need to appreciate what is happening around us because God is not spoon feeding us He is guiding us.
