Respect your body when it is asking for a break....Respect your mind when it is seeking rest.....Honor yourself when you need a moment for yourself. Just read this line in fb in "radio fiji two." Now my body is asking me for a break and my mind is seeking rest. So I will sleep now noisers to honor my self for a moment. Nighty night noisers.
