Then day by day our intelligence capacity starts to decrease. We can compare our intelligence to iron. If you don't use iron for a while, it starts rusting. This is as true as the fact that we need oxygen to live, many do not understand that we have several types of intelligence, which need practice, we constantly have to educate ourselves, we have to put into practice what we know, as you mention dear friend, if we do not do that we rust, we lose opportunity, we throw overboard our skills and qualities, greetings.
