Had a bad night I have been quite ill since last night. Although I didn't feel much effect during the day yesterday. But from night I started feeling very sick. I had a severe headache and fever last night. And this effect caused me to spend a sleepless night. However, now I feel somewhat better by God's infinite grace though I am still not fully recovered. At least I don't have to go through a painful time like last night.

I know how you feel my friend. I fended off something like that this week. Fever, diarrhea and extreme fatigue. This is the intestinal flu that has started to spread here.
