There is many competitions while people are asked to use Photoshop or MSPaint. By my little experience MSPaint is coloring pixel by pixel means it will be hard to have professional images with MSPaint. Photoshop is good in using filter for coloring or level of gray but it needs a lot of time to learn it. Between both programs, MSPaint is for simple graphics or images but Photoshop needs a lot of time to become profesionnal at coloring the graphics or even draw them.
