I cooked whole chicken in pineapple juice and spices. My sons craving for this and fed up the usual fried chicken and other chicken recipes. I cooked in a pressure cooker that's why it's tender and juicy. I put lemon grass to enhance the flavor. The pineapple juice it gives off a sense of sweetness.
