It's Caturday! Meet Chinggay, my friend's pet. The other day while heading to school, I passed by my friend's house and Chinggay staring and meowing at me, so she knew me right? Look the colours of her eyes, she looks lovely even has a black furs. I told her will visit you soon, am in a hurry and running out of time. By the way she has pure black fur and wondering why it shows on the images the fur it looks like brown.

I've been to market this morning and I bought cantaloupe melon. Sweet, juicy and nutritious. Cantaloupe contains more provitamin A and vitamin C that is why this is my favourite among the other melons. I am salivating while looking the orange flesh. I have to put first in the fridge and tomorrow be ready to roll on the table while still cold.

The vivid colour of squash blossoms, it catches my attention that's why i captured them in different angles. The blossoms are also good to eat, actually both males and females blossoms will do. The female blossoms will turn into fruit and in order to preserve the harvest soon, you should pick the male blossoms. Dinner for tonight, healthy bitter gourd sauteed in fresh tomatoes with scrambled eggs in it. I matched it these delectable baby prawn fritters. The good thing is my sons able to eat the gourd with this kind of recipe. Anyhow, whatever the foods on your table as long you eat it together, the meals are tastier and Am agree on that.

Hello summer, everybody busy sneaking out like going to the mall and others swimming in the pool or if the family is budgeted you can go to the beach. Day by day the sun really scorching, sometimes i can't handle the heat. These images took them last Sunday after the mass. Here we go again, got some fresh Jamaican cherries. It's their season now, they didn't sell these in the market. Just ask your neighbours who have jamaican trees and you are free to pick. I loved these fruits as well my sons. Before they didn't know the fruit until i introduced to them. Most millennial kids didn't aware about these locale fruits.

The sun is not visible today, it's a gloomy Tuesday. The mountains in our area we're covered by fogs. This morning we experienced light rain and the weather is quite cool compare for the past days. Anyhow, have visitor in our yard, it seems this dragonfly enjoying the nectars of yellow cosmos flower. Supposed to be you are not there, let the butterflies do their part. It was raining last night and had a great sleep coz the weather is cool overnight. In the morning, after my breakfast got my attention this tiny creature crawling on the anther and stigma of hibiscus flower. I captured these photos in a macrophotography. The bloom is not wilted, petals still good. I transferred the creature before it's too late.

Look what i found in our yard? Orange lady bugs on the flower of orchids sanggumay. The flower is lavender scented. It seems they enjoying the smell. They didn't harm the flower and was able to captured before they flew somewhere. Loved the colour of the subjects, purple and orange.

My sister gave me a box of cup cake. I am grateful for having a sister like her. Whenever she has foods, always share to me her blessings. Actually her house is just a few blocks away from ours. When my sons before eating the cakes they removed the blue icing. They knew the icing is not healthy. Glad for them for being a health conscious.

This variant of Caladium is alluring. This is new to me especially the leaf is different to those i saw before. I took this photo inside the garden of my friend. He told this is rare and sensitive. That's why until now wasn't able to propagate. Hopin in the future he can put more plants like this thru propagation.

My breakfast this morning sticky rice cake with crispy coconut curds on top. This is usual the usual breakfast and snacks in our country, also have this on their table if there's an occasion. This is good with coffee or just plain water. But others they enjoyed it with juices.

Attended a mass this morning. It's Palm Sunday, which means it marks the beginning of Holy week. Wasn't able to make our own frond, decided to buy near the church and there's a lot of vendors there. As you can see in this post, captured some varieties of Palm frond.

It's summertime here in our country and it's time for swimming. Most of us planning for outing and of course swimming. Time for bonding and having a good time is the most important thing in every family. This is the resort we visited recently, i like the place coz not crowded and we heard birds chirping as we surrouded mango trees.

I made ice candy with Cantaloupe flavour. This is a great treat on a hot summer days. I don't have available plastic for ice candy that's why i used the plastic for the ice. The finished product it's quite good and unique. Surely my sons will like the flavour.

Family summer jaunt 2022. It's been 2 years we were'nt able to get together but recently we did it. This is the place we choose, we relaxed, contented and happy. It was a great family event and looking forward to have it next summer.

Our rambutan fruits, still green and not yet ripe on rambutan tree. I have to wait 1 to 2 months more to fully ripen. The tree is blessings to us coz once or twice a year it bearing fruits. I am excited to see these fruits turn into red soon and that is the sign the fruits are ready to harvest.

Orchids flowers by night. These are lavender scented Purple Sanggumay that you can smell anytime in the morning until in the evening. My mom's orchids and favourite blooms in our yard. I watered them at night only and that's what my mom advice. And i don't know why night only?

A handful of Jamaican cherries that i picked up recently. My favourite childhood fruit. Had a great memories with these fruits when i was a kid, before going to school and even after school i have to climb up to the tree. That time Jamaican trees they just grow anywhere without someone planting them. But now they are rare and decreasing.

Spotted this stray cat inside the school campus. It seems knew me already, coz it meowing and following me whenever it sees me. He is skinny that's why i bring him some foods. I want to adopt it but don't know who's the owner. He looks adorable and liked his eyes very much.

Happy Easter Sunday everyone, i cooked chicken curry in coconut milk and this is our lunch. This recipe is cremier when you add milk. I over eat and cheat day anyway. Actually am planning to go out, but my sons told me no need to dine in a resto, it's better to cook our own foods and can save a lot. They are right save time and money.

These are the cottages of the resort we rented recently. The place is quiet and not crowded. This is i want, quiet and still avoiding too much people. I was able to relaxed here totally, with the cool wind, and trees surrounds the area, especially mango trees are everywhere.

Summertime is the time that visitors always in our garden. Look at this caterpillar crawling on the bulb of hibiscus. The colours are alluring and hopin same these colours when it turn into butterfly soon. To be safe the bulb, i transferred the caterpillar, and it might harm it.

Franjipani flowers in the summer really appealing in any garden. I took these from a neighbour and until now wasn't able to plant this kind of plant. These blooms are scented at night and also famous for bouquet. The propeller shaped flowers it stands out if you compare them to other blooms.

I bought these Sapodilla or Chico in a market. It's too pricey but it's the price coz their sweet and juicy. A great source of nutrients and other vitamins. A locale fruit in our country but it's rare to see them in any fruit stand. The taste is sweet and those who have diabetes, please eat in moderation.

A blessed Sunday noise family. I didn't notice our bell pepper are ready to harvest but they didn't grow bigger than i expected. These would be enough to mix it with my chicken recipe tonight. Still have bell pepper plants on the other side of the house and look healthier.

Summer fruit and can get a lot of health benefits with this watermelon. When i bought it i thought the red flesh one but to my surprised when i got home i opened and sliced it into pieces. The colour is yellow/orange, i tasted it hurriedly and so sweet and juicy. I put it in the fridge coz i wanna eat these super cold.

This is the event centre of the resort that we checked in weeks back. I really liked the ambiance and the coloured bricks designed on the walls. Perfect place to visit this summer, it's not crowded and the staffs we're kind.

I did an experiment of Prawn dish that i mixed some veggies. I just sauteed them in butter, oyster sauce, herbs. In fairness it was luscious and my sons they're full. I didn't eat rice, i more on veggies this time.

Been to school and on my way home, i saw this kitten in the middle of the road, she's dirty and wet. She's crying and weak, surely somebody abondoned her. So from now on i will adopt her, i gave her a bath and something to eat. She looks fresh now and smell good.

Colourful Vietnam rose that i spotted at the backyard of my son's school. The mini garden is lively and alluring with these blooms. In our area we called these 10 0'clock flowers coz at 10am the petals it opens and it closes in the afternoon. Whatever they called it as long they give beauty in any garden.

This is our dinner and we didn't eat rice. I cooked sotanghon Soup with loofah and mixed it sliced chicken, egg, minced fried meat. It's so good and tasty this simple meal. Looking forward to have this on our table next week.
