It's 1st. day of December, in every corner I can feel the spirit of Christmas. Yuletide season is so magical, because everything is exciting and new, children are part of the reason why Christmas is so magical and important. Sharing my images that I took today. In Christianity Christmas tree it symbolizes birth and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Countdown is on, 24days to go..... just cool and be happy.

Have you tried this before noisers? Rice noodles with sliced bottle gourd sauteed in oyster and Soy sauce. I added chicken to enhace the taste. The secret here is put more black pepper and can smell the aroma while eating. Day by day you have to experiment new recipe so that you will not ended repeating dish for a while.

My breakfast this morning coffee and yellow flesh sweet potato. Bought this in a market nearby, it's quite expensive buy it's worth the price. They are sweet and nutritious. Yellow colour are rare and my favourite among the other colours. This is perfect match for me with either black or creamed coffee.

Recently been to a Mall where a DFA (Department of Foreign Affairs) branch located inside. Just to inquire personally about renewing our passports. This is my first time to visit a mall since the pandemic started. After the inquiry, i visited the mini park behind the mall. The ambiance is perfect for me, a gloomy weather and i can count the people around the area. While walking i was amazed the hanging light bulbs. Am sure these bulbs look marvelous at night. Our dinner, this time I prepared green beans sauteed in fish sauce with minced beef and shanghai rolls. My eldest son makes his own milk tea. Yes we make our own milk tea to make it sure not too sweet, as we all knew buying at the shop is loaded of sugar. Anyhow we're full with these foods and be thankful for the daily blessings.

A fruitful Sunday everyone, It's a cool and windy weather. The sun is so bright today, later it's time have a walk to burn some calories. Here's my subject for today, the endless beauty of Chrysanthemum flowers. The colour speaks by itself, it looks elegant and alluring to the eyes. Just enjoy the beauty and nature under the sun. My sons requested to buy a chicken from their favourite fastfood chain. So their wish granted, once in a blue moon anyway. Am not fan of fastfood chains coz of their foods are not healthy. Here's the chicken with gravy, it's their feast day with their home made iced milk tea. There's free soda with the chicken but i refused to get it. Sodas are not allowed in our house.

These past few days it's really hard to wake up in the morning due to cold spell. It's freezing and the spirit of Christmas is everywhere. Woke up early and did brisk walking and at the same time waiting the golden hour. Here's my sunrise for today that i captured in our community. The sunrise is prettier with the acacia trees. I bought Red velvet flavour cake as a present to my nephew's daughter Birthday. I have no idea what's the taste of this cake. But it looks delectable. My sons favourite flavour is black forest and try to recommend this red velvet for a change. I think when it comes to cake choose the less ingredients.

Chicken arrozcaldo for the cool weather. I cooked this morning for breakfast and snack. I usually cook this whenever my sons craving for it. Arrozcaldo can be plain or the simplest way. Composed of water, rice and salt. Still remember during my childhood, my mom always cook this when I'm not feeling well. It gives me energy that i need for the whole day.

Be aware to this itchy caterpillar. Take an extra care when transferring to other place, it's better to use kitchen thong than stick. If you are using stick make it sure you move it fast or else it ended up reach your fingers coz it crawl too fast. Anyhow, it looks marvelous while crawling on zinnia flower. This really pestering fast your plants in your yard.

Yesterday i made Chili garlic paste and super easy to make it at home. The other day been to my uncle's house and gave me a lot of red chillies from his backyard. So i decided to have our own chili paste. My recipe is just simple, garlic, ginger, corn oil, fish sauce and sesame oil for the aroma. I cooked for about 30 minutes, i forgot to take a photos on the cooking process. Here it is my own version and finish product that was on the last photo of this post.

This is perfect soup for cool weather, my simple egg misua (fine threadlike egg noodles). I added moringa leaves for a healthier soup and chili garlic paste as topping. This our breakfast for today with some toasted bread. I always cook this recipe whenever i wanted to. Just simple, healthy and nutritious.

A sunny Saturday in our area. Am sure most of us having a rest at home. Just enjoy the weekend and be happy. Had a morning walk with these wonderful sceneries. My favourite spot, the oval in our community. Just a few minutes walk from our home. The oval it makes more stunning with the acacia trees around.

Chicken pasta in red sauce is the perfect idea for dinner when you have no idea what's for dinner. I always used chopped chicken meat for my pasta and am not a fan of meat. This time i added dried oregano leaves and a bit of basil for my sauce. Wanted to put grated cheese as garnishing but i can't find in the fridge. Tried to use the silver chopsticks that i bought abroad before but it's too slippery on my fingers and also to pasta. I can't recommend these and it's better to…

Last week i attended an event and while relaxing at the function hall there's a garden where i seated. I was surprised while glancing these lovely Honeyplant florets. These are new to me and never seen them before. Look at their colours, so elegant and inviting to to smell them. I asked the caretaker of the place on how to plant them but he never knew. I climbed to our roof to get some ripe rambutan fruits from the tree. My pole is too short and can't reach those fruits on top. Our rambutan tree is bearing fruits once or twice a year. They're sweet and juicy, that's why is a blessings for us. We didn't sell the fruits, we just shared to children, neighbors and relatives.

Many Christians the true meaning of Christmas is the celebration of the Saviour Jesus Christ. Christmas is fast approaching and can see a lot of decorations everywhere. Our Christmas tree is up and took some images. Every year we're doing the decorations on the first week of November. For me, without these Christmas is not complete. Happy holidays everyone.

Our viand this lunch, Pinakbet or made from local vegetables sauteed in shrimp paste and fresh tomatoes. I used veggies such as winged bean, lady's finger, squash, bitter gourd, moringa leaves. This recipe is healthy and nutritious, that's why i always have this dish weekly on our table. My version i put sliced chicken meat instead of pork. Let's eat noisers and enjoy my simple dish.

Have a great Monday everyone ... After i jogged this morning, upon entering our gate saw this yellow moth standing on hibiscus bulb. Both subjects are magnificent with their respective beauties. Look at the bulb with raindrops, the colour is inviting. Be blessed seeing these kind of nature within your comfort zone.

This is the oval in our community before, the lush greenery grasses still there. But now they put concrete walkway designs, hopin when the rainy season start, the grasses will grow again those part are not concreted. This is the place where i jogged in the morning and brisk walking in the afternoon. After doin my excersises I can relax on the benches under the acacia trees and enjoy the nature both land and air.

Our breakfast fried chicken hotdog and tofu. I let my eldest son this morning to eat his breafast first before going to school for his 2nd. dose vaccine. Actually we seldom eat hotdog and i prefer to have the chicken. But tofu is healthy and nutritious. I sprinkled onion leeks as garnishing and to look luscious.

Have you tried these before Nosers? A fried fish and green papaya sauteed in sardines tomato sauce with moringa leaves. These are on our table this lunch. The papaya and moringa got them from our backyard. Just a simple and healthy recipe that your family will loved it.

I bought these pineapples from a mini farm in our community. Freshly picked, sweet and cheaper compare when you buy in a local market. Bought these for my children and me maybe i just taste it or small piece will do. I am avoiding this fruit coz of too much sugar content. I just kept them at the freezer overnight, and tomorrow ready to roll on.

My sons and i decided to eat outside in a ramen house near the mall. They are craving maki and the original tonkotsu. They wanted to experienced eating by the garden while it's raining. We seated on the tent in the garden of a ramen house. That was a great ambiance and can't buy the happiness of my sons that time. Good evening everyone and happy weekend.

Last week i attended the wedding day of my nephew. At the reception i saw these Christmas decorations at the compound. I was amazed that's why i hurriedly captured them. Christmas is fast approaching and everybody excited to this special event. And am excited too....spread love these holiday seasons. If you can, share your blessings to those who are less fortunate. Butterflies keep on coming back to enjoy our blooms. Here's another visitor, the Lime butterfly, one of my favourite creature. Look at the wing's colours, so vibrant . They called it Lime coz their favourite are the lime flowers. It's raining when i took these photos and found a good shelter on the zinnia plant.

My favourite spot at the oval in our community. I always chasing the sun here coz of the visibility of the sunshine. I can feel the cool morning breeze here and the good thing the place is empty. Our place is surrounded by mountains that's why during this season most of the time it's too foggy and perfect for jogging and other outdoor physical activities.

This is our snack this afternoon, Pancit Bijon guisado or fried rice noodles sauteed in soy sauce and fish sauce. Then add sliced chicken, pork, meat organs and fish balls or it's up to you what would you like to have. This recipe i just put sliced chicken and some veggies. I always added sesame oil for my noodles to enhance the flavour. Here is it and ready to serve with chili garlic paste on top.

Varieties of Orchids blooms that i captured in different places. Really these flowers are exceptionally beautiful. You should have these in your garden, they are elegant and have class. Some of them are scented, we have in our yard, the cymbidium it smells lavender whenever they are in bloom. The photos i posted most of them are dendrobium. How i wish we have the plant just like in the first photo, the colour and the texture of the petals are alluring.

I just made green salad with mayo and ketchup dressing. Still have fried chicken from left over yesterday. I matched with the salad. I have carrots, lettuce and cucumber in the fridge that's why i decided to have this. Supposed to be i want coleslaw but i don't have cabbage. I feel full even no rice. What a lovely cake for a couple for their wedding annivesary. I took these photos recently at my nephew's celebration with his wife. A gift from a friend these Christmas cup cakes. In fairness, they are delectable and my sons loved it. I tried to taste it and not too sweet compare to those i've tasyed before. The decorations are cool too. I asked my friend where he bought these? And to my surprised he personally made these. Soon planning to sell online, well that's a great idea.

What a great blessings with these stuffs. I visited my uncle and to my surprised he gave all these freshly picked from his backyard. Actually we harvested both these while having conversation about life. My uncle he can plant anything in his backyard from vegetables to fruits. Eversince he loves planting and the good thing they can save a lot from his plants.

Our dwarf vinca is blooming at its best. The only flower and never look lonely with its alluring beauty. The colours it looks elegant and the spot at the middle so vibrant. We have two varities of dwarf vinca, this colours and the red one. Hoping to propagate more soon to attract butterflies.

These photos taken last Christmas eve. I made maja blanca, a dessert made from cornstarch, coconut milk, creamer, and condensed milk. This delectable dessert is easy to make and the ingredients are very common. In this recipe i added sweet corn and coconut meat to enhance the flavour. And it's up to you if you add coconut milk or not. But my version has coconut milk for added taste and creamier. Also grated cheese as toppings.

Night out before New Year. I like the ambiance here, located outdoor of a mall. We just tried the Japanese foods for dinner then later we seated on a cafe nearby. I am with my sons enjoying the night life outside, and why not this only happen once in a blue moon. It was a memorable night and being with family is the best thing in life.
