How to make Chinese bean sprouts ***My dear Readfriends I send you my good vibes to make your day better.*** *Here I share the recipe to make your own Chinese bean sprouts. They can be used in salads, stews, with rice, in sandwiches, whatever you want to use them with.* *Process:* *Take 1 cup of beans and let it soak for 8 hours, then discard the water and wash well, drain the excess water and cover it with a dark cloth, store it in a cool and dark place (I keep them in my closet).*
*Every 12 hours rinse, drain and store, do this for 4 days. At the 4th day they are ready to use.*
*I hope you find the information useful and try it, it is quite easy to do and super cheap. Like, vote or comment what you think.* *I wait for you in my next post.* *P.D: The photos are my property, taken from my phone's camera...*

Strange, your mung bean sprouts are a bit short after 4 days. The ones we regularly make reach about 4 inches long. Have you tried eating these in a fresh salad?
They look small but they are not. I have tried them in salad, they give it a crunchy texture, I like it that way :-)
ah really? it must be the photo that makes it look small. Ohh that's great! we usually pair that with stir fried noodles... and anything, actually hahaha
I also use it in almost all meals hehehe, especially salads and sandwiches
Never tried it in a sandwich before. Maybe I'll try the next time we grow these next week
Take the test and tell me what you think
Will do!
