I'm sure that this latest product made by Mistswap's staff is fantastic and reduces the embarrassment of copying long addresses to send a payment, simply registering the name on bch.domains to have access to a personalized name with all the comfort, convenience that the same offers and more, paying only the value of the domain as well as very low execution fees. The LNS was launched on March 18th and, as expected, an airdrop was made for all holders of the xMist token that had a snapshot of about two hours to reach the destination of the legitimate beneficiaries.

The LNS is a product that, in addition to being bch.domains, is also a non-fugible token and can be traded on dedicated platforms, in this case Oasis, which makes the product even more attractive as it can be forever immortalized on a blockchain, thus differentiating the domain with the rest scattered around the world.

Setting Up an avatar for your domain

The LNS service, also called Bitcoin Cash naming service, in addition to allowing web3 DApps to detect and reproduce the simplified name of the address, also comes with a range of data that can be added after securing the domain such as avatar, email address, other blockchain networks, own URL, Telegram username, discord, and more.

At first it may seem difficult, but after checking it out, and of course with help, it is possible to set an avatar to the address, remembering, however, that for this it must be an NFT that is owned by the user, that is, the avatar must belong to the same address to which bch.domain was registered, and for that, just make the necessary substitutions in the text below to get a functional avatar.

The NFT address and its numerical identifier are inserted in the text, where it can be replaced by any other CA and non-fugible token ID that the bch.domain wallet holds. In the images below is a clear explanation of how to enter the data so that the avatar has a display in the LNS.

It is therefore worth mentioning that after choosing the image and filling in the spaces dedicated to it, it is necessary to pay a data change confirmation fee so that the blockchain of the bch.domain address owned is changed and remains that way until the user and owner decide to do some changes to the address data. Also, as you can see, in addition to the avatar, you can place an infinity of coins that you have, and if you wish, just add the address in the domain to which it belongs as well as the username on Telegram, reddit, Bitcoin Cash address etc.

LNS is a great product brought by the Mistwap team and also an essential tool for the entire smartBCH community, because in a single personalized address it can contain information about bch.domain, which makes it easier for individuals and companies to easily receive and make payments using only a set of words chosen by you and registered with the LNS service. The LNS token has a total supply of 1M coins of which 500,000 are already in circulation, among which it provides liquidity, private sale and airdrop for holders of the xMist token.
