Today I realized how important it is for a person to be healthy. After playing football in the afternoon, when I played football for two to five minutes, I saw that I could not move forward with my body. Then I realized that I had left many parts of my body unused like my chest, glutes or buttocks. Due to which my entire movement became very sluggish. Now I will tell you the reason for my being like this and discussed with him at what stage I am doing everything.

It means that the amount of work you do will not harm you, but will constantly improve your body. That's why I think we constantly have to step out of our comfort zone and into a difficult routine.

Losing my track again
Having no electricity and then having to play football for five days in a row in the heat again, my whole day has turned into a nightmare. After playing football in the morning and afternoon, I have to go again with my friends to chat. Then again today, I didn't cook lunch because of which I didn't eat lunch but only ate in the morning and the football game went in the afternoon because of which the whole day was very bad for me.
One thing I realized about my body is that if you take a bed or play any game like football or cricket, you will see different hormones released. You can make your knowledge more progressive because it is a matter of mind. A type of hormone called cortisol is released due to which a person can live through different types of good thoughts. Currently, I do not think that many types of bad thoughts are bad thoughts. I could easily divert a bad thought to my benefit.
On the other hand, different types of people in Telegram give messages for investment. To be honest I don't like everything but when it comes to thinking about career the mentality becomes weaker and naturally I can't articulate any thoughts well. On the other hand, father calls me from home and tells me what is the situation, then within a minute my conversation with my father ends.

Yesterday night while barbecuing we listened to a variety of Ghost FM. However, flowers are not unheard of later due to various barbecue related activities. Early to rise, late to sleep
Waking up in the morning and going to class is one of the hardest jobs in the world. Because almost everyone sleeps late as a student. I also go to bed almost every day at two or three o'clock in the morning which is fine for me. Because the later I go to sleep, the worse it is for my body. One of the best ways to sleep is to go to bed early after a night of exercise.

Again, if it is suddenly seen that the amount of electricity consumed in the area is less than what is being consumed. Suppose the area used to consume 10,000 megabytes of electricity earlier, if now 9,000 megawatts of electricity is being consumed, then 10,000 megawatts of electricity is being generated for the main power station, and 1,000 megawatts of electricity is being produced extra. This extra production of 1000 megabytes of electricity cannot be prevented in any way. Or there is no system to block this electricity.

Now I am sitting by the window and sitting and listening to music. I was wondering what my family would do to me if I died suddenly. My Ken(Cat) Died
My cat died about two days ago. I tried my best to treat him on the advice of a good doctor but at the end of the day we all know that every living thing has to leave the earth at some point.
